This post is dedicated to Bobby Paterson(left) who sadly departed this earth yesterday after a short illness. Bobby was known to many as being one third of the criminally under rated band Love & Money. Whilst many others knew him as the congenial host of too many legendary bars and clubs to mention. I was fortunate enough to know him as both.
Whilst I wouldn't be bold enough to call myself a friend, I was much more of an acquaintance, Bobby was without doubt one of the warmest and most decent men I've ever met. I'm sure he will be sadly missed by those whose life he touched.
The best tribute I can pay is this lyric from one of his own songs Jocelyn Square...
All the memories that flower and blossom
In the pale Endymion hour
They paint a picture of you
Too good to be true
Goodnight Bobby.
